As a teenager, our co-founder and CEO, Thomas Sikkema, RN, faced a rare and life-threatening brain cancer diagnosis. He and his brother, co-founder Bradyn Sikkema, navigated the challenging path of daily trips to cancer treatments together.
After Thomas won his battle, the native sons of the Greater Grand Rapids area vowed to make the medical transportation experience better for everyone.
